Accuracy & Professionalism All course information must be factual, accurate, and up to date. Misleading claims (e.g., guaranteed job placement) are prohibited. Use respectful and inclusive language across all content. 4. Student Interaction Respond to student queries professionally and in a timely manner (preferably within 48 hours). Do not request or share personal contact information with students. Maintain ethical boundaries in all communications. 5. Platform Behavior Instructors must not post spam, advertisements, or promotional content for external platforms. Account sharing or unauthorized access to other user data is strictly forbidden. All platform communications and interactions must comply with DBS University's Code of Conduct. 6. Certification & Assessment All exams, quizzes, and assignments should be designed to assess learning effectively. Instructors must not issue or alter certificates manually without approval from DBS University. 7. Monetization and Payments Course pricing and discounts are controlled by the platform. Payouts (if applicable) are processed as per DBS University’s payment cycle and terms. Any revenue-sharing arrangements must be contractually agreed in advance. 8. Termination & Policy Violations Violation of any rules may lead to course removal or account suspension without prior notice. Serious breaches (e.g., plagiarism, harassment, illegal content) may lead to legal action. 9. Legal Disclaimer Instructors are independently responsible for their course content and any claims arising from it.
